Onondaga County will host a special dinner event for all registered attendees on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. - Conference Breaks
Beverage breaks are included with your conference registration. - Dietary Accommodations
If you require a vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meal option, please indicate your request during registration. All dietary requests must be submitted at the time of registration prior to the event. - Registration Deadline
The deadline to register for the conference is September 11, 2026.
Hotel Information
Please Note: Due to room capacity limitations at the Syracuse Marriott Downtown, the 2026 Fall Seminar room block will be distributed among three hotels:
- Syracuse Marriott Downtown (conference meeting location)
- Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square (walking distance to conference venue)
- Courtyard by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square
(walking distance to conference venue)
Please note that the Residence Inn and Courtyard share the same address and building but operate as separate hotels in different wings. Our room block has been allocated across all three properties in the same vicinity to accommodate all seminar attendees. Each hotel offers the conference rate of $179 per room/per night.
